About the branch

The Abingdon Library is home to HCPL's Innovation Lab and Children's Sensory Room.  It is located in close proximity to the I-95 corridor and offers a meeting room as well as two smaller conference rooms.

Join HCPL and spend intentional time in nature on a walk led by local non-profit Nature Worx. Participants will learn simple ways to reduce stress and improve their mood, connecting to nature using all of their senses. There will be fun giveaways for kids! Please meet at Mariner Point Park’s Welcome Center, wear sturdy footwear and weather appropriate clothes. Children over 6, accompanied by parent or guardian, are welcome.  Each person attending must register prior to the program.
